Inflation:

The US inflation rate is at 4.98%, down from 6.04% last month and 8.54% last year.
Economists use the consumer price index (CPI) to measure inflation, which consists of a basket of variables such as food, rent, and energy.
The March report indicated a slightly lower increase than the expected 5.1%. Core inflation, which excludes food and energy prices, experienced a 5.6% increase over the year ending in March.

Ethereum:

The Ethereum network recently underwent change through the Shanghai upgrade, which allows users to withdraw their staked Ether on the proof-of-stake chain.
