Florida Guns:

- Florida's Republican Governor, Ron DeSantis, signed legislation on Monday that abolishes the need for individuals to secure a permit in order to carry a concealed firearm (effective July 1st).
- Florida has now become the 26th US state to implement constitutional carry laws, allowing individuals to carry concealed firearms without the need for a permit while maintaining the age requirement of 21 years or older.
UFC and WWE:
- Endeavor (UFC parent company) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) have signed an agreement to create a new publicly listed company consisting of UFC and WWE.
- The merge values the UFC at $12.1 billion and WWE at a value of $9.3 billion.
- Endeavor will hold a 51% controlling interest and WWE shareholders will hold a 49% interest. The new company will have global reach, scale, and a combined distribution per Endeavor.

Epstein Lawsuits:
- JPMorgan executives were reportedly aware of Epstein's behavior, as mentioned in a US Virgin Islands lawsuit filed Yesterday.
- Google's founder and a former Disney executive were recently subpoenaed in the JPMorgan vs Epstein lawsuit.
- JPMorgan's Jamie Dimon has also agreed to be interviewed under oath in connection with two civil lawsuits tied to Epstein.
- The lawsuits allege that the bank ignored warning signs and profited from its relationship with Epstein. JPMorgan previously tried to place blame on a former senior executive for the situation.
- JPMorgan argues that it shouldn't be held responsible for a former executive's ties to Jeffrey Epstein in a lawsuit claiming the bank aided Epstein's sex trafficking operations.
