Efforts are being made by the U.S. and several other nations to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza. Following these international appeals, Israel has confirmed it will restart water provisions to the region. In the recent events, over 2,600 Palestinians lost their lives. A warning from the UN highlighted the intensifying humanitarian emergency in Gaza, emphasizing the dire water shortage.
Responding to the global outcry, Israel conceded on Sunday to not only recommence water distribution but also to establish a dedicated "humanitarian zone" in the southern part of Gaza for essential supplies distribution.
